Urban Roots was founded in 2018 by Sacramento natives Rob Archie and Peter Hoey. We are an award-winning craft brewery and smokehouse dedicated to sharing our love and passion for extraordinary people, beer and food. We also have our sister-restaurants/bars: Bawk! which is located on R St. in Downtown Sacramento, The Roost which is our speakeasy located behind Bawk! and Cerveceria located on Folsom Blvd. in East Sacramento.
