5 things to know, including an R Street chicken eatery update

Expect some changes at the Sacramento business previously known as Bawk Fried Chicken. The eatery reopened on Wednesday as BAWK! Chicken + Bar. It will be operated entirely by Urban Roots Brewing & Smokehouse, according to a Facebook announcement. Bawk opened last year at 1409 R St., Suite 102.
