Virtual Connection is a Belgian Pale Ale featuring Saphir and Tettnang hops fermented with Belgian yeast. It’s fruity, hoppy, slightly bitter and refreshingly crisp. At 4.5% this beer is perfect for sipping throughout the rest of Summer.
BLACK IS BEAUTIFUL — We’re proud to be joining over 600 breweries in the Black is Beautiful initiative led by San Antonio’s Weathered Souls Brewing. This initiative was created to bring awareness to the injustices that many people of color face every day. The mission is to bridge the gap that’s been around for ages and provide a platform to show that the brewing community is an inclusive place for everyone of any color. ⠀

We will be making a donation for every barrel we produce to a local nonprofit that supports our Black community in the fight for equality and inclusion. ⠀

We like to brew beer with extraordinary humans for extraordinary humans which is why we teamed up with Three Weavers for our final collaboration in celebration of our opening. Extraordinary Humans is a bourbon barrel aged imperial porter that we brewed quite some time ago. In fact it was the very first collaboration beer that we brewed! It will be available in cans at Three Weavers on May 19th and on tap here at Urban Roots.
Saison du Kashi is a collaboration with our awesome friends at Beachwood Brewing. It's a multigrain saison featuring Italian Pilsner malt, spelt and rye. This is one of four collaboration beers that we'll be pouring on opening day at Urban Roots, including Pallet Treasure and New Digs.
Earlier this year we took a trip out to Truckee to brew a wheat wine collaboration beer with our friends at FiftyFifty Brewing. We’re calling the beer “New Digs” to celebrate our future opening. This is one of a few special collaborations that we’ll be pouring on opening day and we’re really excited about it.
We teamed up with our friends at Bottle Logic Brewing in Anahiem, CA to brew Pallet Treasure, an Imperial Chocolate-Covered Nutroll Stout. Stay tuned to find out when and where this beer will be poured first!
